Shake up your fitness routine with interval training. Burn calories, improve your heart health and get stronger. This class alternates between periods of high activity (hi/lo aerobic and traditional calisthenics) and active rest focused on muscle tone and strength. The class concludes with a series of relaxing stretches that draw from dance, yoga, therapeutic conditioning and traditional exercise. Participants should wear proper athletic attire. Bring water and a mat or towel and for abdominal work and stretching.

The course cancellation policy includes a full refund less a $10 administrative fee for any cancellations before the first class. No other refunds available; however, registrations are transferable to another attendee.
In the case of inclement weather, classes will be cancelled. Visit this website for weather-related class cancellations.
