COVID-19 Update 12/8/20
I hope that you and your family are staying healthy and safe!
As a result of this pandemic, so much has changed. Although the state has given clearance for fitness programs to resume, I personally feel it is safer at home. There is so much more to learn about COVID-19, and particularly with respect to respiration. So, for the safety of all, I've suspended all in person group programming. One-on-one training will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There are many virtual group and one-one-on options available. Hopefully, beginning in 2021, we can resume in person programming.
