Personal TrainingWith personal training, you can exercise in the privacy of your own home, at your own convenience, and at a reasonable cost. One-on-one training is the most effective way of providing a safe and supportive exercise environment.
Although some clients are looking to put their home-gyms to use, in-home personal training does not require elaborate equipment. Programs using hand-held weights, resistance tubes, and a good pair of sneakers can be effective tools for meeting a client's goal. Country Fitness can also design, implement, and monitor a personalized program for use in your own gym. |

What to Expect
Personal training starts with a fitness assessment or consultation, which provides baseline information and helps to establish goals. For best results, regularly scheduled training sessions are recommended. Virtual personal training sessions may take place from any location; all that is required is a computer, tablet or smartphone equipped with the free Zoom application. Sessions generally last for one hour.
Country Fitness may also provide in-person sessions at a client's home or gym. In-home services apply to the Blackstone Valley and Metrowest areas of Massachusetts. Towns include Upton, Uxbridge, Mendon, Northbridge, Milford, Grafton, Hopkinton, Ashland, and Framingham. Services beyond these communities are subject to additional charges.
