- I'm not a technical person and not comfortable with computers, is it complicated to connect? No, it's very simple! Simply click on a link to join. It can be done from a computer, tablet or smart phone.
- Do people see me exercising? If you keep your video turned off, no one will see you. When you log into Zoom a pop up box will appear to check the box for video on or off.
- Are the virtual class times the same as the classes I took in person? No, some class times have changed. However, if you cannot make the class, all classes are recorded for use at a time that is convenient to you.
- I've never taken classes before, can I start now? Absolutely! No prior experience required.
- I don't have any fitness equipment at home; what do I need? That depends on the class. Please see course descriptions for equipment requirements/suggestions. Some classes such as Cardio Blast and Gentle Stretch require no equipment. However, other classes may require hand-held weights, resistance ball and resistance tubes. Equipment may be purchased online at spri.com or Amazon, or through many retail stores such as Dick's Sporting Goods, Target or Walmart. Some gently used resistance tubes may be available for purchase, please send an email to inquire.

- I have a friend that is interested in classes, can I share the link for them to try? No, sharing links to classes or recorded videos are strictly prohibited. - How is the quality of the Zoom video/audio? While Zoom is not quite the same as in person classes, we are continually making headway in improving sound and video to optimize your experience. For best quality, plug your computer into a hardwire versus WIFI, do not run any other programs while using Zoom, and keep your video turned off. There are additional steps to optimize the sound and video quality which will be shared the first night of class. Additionally, we are continually researching connectivity issues and applying new ways to make improvements.
